W odpowiednim momencie wcisnąć na klawiaturze przyciski "Print screen"/"Prt Scr"/"Prt Scn". Następnie otworzyć jakiś edytor grafiki, np. popularny "Paint", z opcji wybrać "Edycja" i "Wklej". Po wklejeniu możemy na naszym zrzucie ekranu dokonać zaznaczeń, dodać opis itp. Gotową pracę zapisujemy i już możemy się nią dzielić z innymi. Uwaga - przyłożenie twarzy do monitora nie powoduje jej skanowania ;)

Załóżmy, że mamy na pulpicie lub pasku zadań kilka "niewygodnych" ikon i stron. Naciśnięcie "Print Screen" spowoduje, że zostanie zapisane wszystko co widzimy, a więc i rzeczy, których wolelibyśmy nie pokazywać. Oczywiście w edytorze grafiki możemy zamalować pola, które chcemy, ale to tylko rozbudzi ciekawość innych, a tego nie chcemy. Z pomocą przyjdzie nam kombinacja klawiszy Alt + Print screen dzięki której zostanie zapisane tylko aktywne okno (to najbardziej na wierzchu).
